Now this person and those people who talk to themselves while walking around in society(pretending they are on their cell phones) are both in the same category "Crazy", but I have decided that the normal people disappeared about 45 years ago...about the time my Grandfather hung up his car phone that was only the receiver kept hanging on the ash tray and used to pretend he had an incoming call.
